Delay 18 is the point. On a Monk, hand-to-hand damage scales with how often you swing, so a very low delay in both hands beats a single bigger number. Farming two Flaming Fists off the same named is the standard play, and it is why this item shows up in every Monk route between levels 15 and 22.
The +20 save versus fire is not decoration either — Najena and Lavastorm throw fire at you constantly.
Unbound Flame sits at (-26,360) in Najena. Do not camp it. Najena rewards a loop: The Tenderizer at (131,342) for the Kitchen Toolbelt (Haste +10%), Drelzna at (-35,-222), then Unbound Flame — by the time you are back at the start, the first named has respawned. Two Fists and a haste belt come out of the same circuit.
