The tunic is the real prize. AC 14 on the chest at level 28 is a long-lived piece for a Paladin, and it is part of a set you will keep completing in this zone.

Befallen is a revamped zone: guaranteed named, no placeholders. That turns the V`Zher line into a circuit rather than a camp — Footman first on the way down, Knight V`Tal and Soldier next, Baron Telyx last and deepest at (-1002,-70).
