Befallen is a revamped zone: the named are guaranteed, there are no placeholders to break through. That changes how you play it — you run a circuit and come back, you do not sit on a spawn.

Befallen carries a trio from about 10 to 15 for gear and stays worth running into the low twenties for merge copies and motes. It is the first zone out of the Commonlands where the loot is worth planning around.
