He also drops a plain Dagger. The name is spelled Babbinsbort in the atlas data and Babbinsport on the wiki — same named, both spellings turn him up.
It is No Drop, so it cannot be bought or traded: the only way to hold one is to kill him yourself.
He sits at (-814,-206) on the lower level of Befallen, in the same stretch as the level 24-28 knights. Befallen is a revamped zone — guaranteed named, no placeholders — so he is there every cycle and the run is worth chaining with Korven Nisere and Baron Telyx V`Zher rather than camping him alone.
