Two named, one name, two rooms and two loot tables. Which one has the haste belt, and where each one stands.
This is the thing that wastes people's time in Najena. Two different named share the name The Tenderizer, at two different levels, in two different rooms, with completely different loot.

If you came for haste, you want the level 22 one at (131,342). Its Kitchen Toolbelt is the earliest haste item a trio can realistically wear, and haste is the single biggest DPS jump available at that level.
The level 25 one at (135,287) is a different fight and a different prize. Neither drop is a long-term keeper for a Paladin / Monk / Shaman trio, but both merge.
